Art Specs

Next Media Outdoor accepts digital files on CD Roms, DVD’s or USB drives. For information on where to upload, contact your account executive.
Software: PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, High Res JPEG, Press Quality PDF, and Coral Draw (need to send a jpeg with this file).
Include both screen and printer fonts or convert to paths/outlines.
Be sure to include all imported or placed graphic files.
PhotoShop imports must be saved as - .psd layered files, .eps , .jpeg12, .tif (CMYK images).
Include a client approved color proof for color matching
Specify all flat tones as pantone colors
Scale info: 1/2” = 1’
Digital Resolution is best at this scale at 350 dpi or more
It is recommended that you verify size and specifications with your Account Executive prior to the creation and production of any artwork.
Due to structure variations and local ordinances, size and extension requirements may vary.
All materials should be delivered to Next Media Outdoor at least 2 weeks prior to contracted posting date.

Uploading Art and Shipping Info

When art files are complete you may upload to www.camelcityposters.com
Please contact your Account Rep once you have uploaded your artwork to the FTP site.
Clients who supply finished materials to Next Media Outdoor must ensure materials are received no less than 5 days before contract installation date.

Include only one vinyl per tube.
Vinyl’s shipped in a box may result in a delay of installation, increased installation time, and poor quality.
